The ‘Delftse Werkgroep Homoseksualiteit’ is a non-profit association for the LGBT community in Delft. It organises a variety of activities, creates social awareness and advocates rights for the LGBT community. As president of the youth department of the DWH (Outsite), I initialised new activities, increased visitor numbers and put local LGBT issues on the political agenda.

This corporate strategy of entering new markets with new products has mainly focused on conventional firms. The findings suggest that gaining market-power and the reaction to competition and market mechanisms are important motives.
